The process begins with an inspection, along with a detailed estimate describing the exact scope of work necessary to mitigate ongoing damages. Typically, we start by setting dehumidifiers as needed to dry salvageable materials and to evade mold growth. During this timeframe, we also place air scrubbers to filter air born particles, mold spores, volatile organic compounds, and hydrocarbons. Our air scrubbers clean the air under negative pressure with HEPA filtration, and carbon filtration. We then complete demolition as needed, HEPA vacuum all affected surfaces, clean all affected surfaces with approved methods, use hydroxyl for odor mitigation as needed, fog with antimicrobial to prevent mold growth, and thermal fog to eliminate lingering odors and leave behind a pleasant aroma.
